Your MPAN (sometimes referred to as an Electrical Supply Number) should be printed in the format below on a recent electricity bill, alternatively you may contact your electricity provider. Your MPAN can be either 13 or 21 digits. If your MPAN is only 13 digits please add 0's to the top row.
For customers in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, a Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) is required. Simply place the numbers in the boxes and we will review your application
If you haven't got paper electricity bills please either call your electricity supplier, check your online account with them or your electricity supplier app to find your MPAN.
